Which is the best Robinhood Chain RPC provider?
It depends on what you need, and the officially recommended option is not the most capable. Alchemy is named in Robinhood's documentation but lacks trace, debug, simulation and gRPC on this chain; QuickNode, Chainstack, Dwellir and GetBlock all offer a wider method surface.
For plain RPC there are more than a dozen providers plus two free keyless endpoints — Robinhood's own and PublicNode's — so throughput is close to a commodity. Dwellir publishes $49 per month for 25 million responses including trace and debug, which is a useful benchmark.
The meaningful differences sit above the node. Whether a provider tracks the multiplier series, tags market sessions, consolidates venues into one tape, or streams corporate actions determines whether your numbers are right, and most providers do none of it.
A concrete test before you commit: ask a provider for a wallet's position value at a block preceding a stock split. If the answer applies today's multiplier, their historical data is wrong and you will inherit that.
